TNReport Notes TCPR’s Anti-Fish Pork Efforts

TNReport interviews Justin Owen of the Tennessee Center for Policy Research about the state’s plan to build a $17 million fish hatchery in House Speaker Kent Williams’ district.

This is a prime example of government gone wild… the Tennessee Constitution doesn’t say anything in there about hatching fish.
