Tennesseans boost Hollywood with film incentives

TNReport.com has a very interesting story on how the state is forking over $22 million to the film industry in what Beacon’s Trey Moore says is bad for taxpayers.

“This is one of the most insidious forms of corporate welfare out there,” Trey Moore, with the free-market think tank Beacon Center, said. “It’s hard to argue that this is a good deal for taxpayers.”
