TCPR calls proposed tax increase “outlandish”

Tennessee Center for Policy Research president Justin Owen talks with Channel 4 News about Metro Nashville’s proposal to increase a Comcast public television tax by 1,200 percent. The extra $1.2 million a year would be used to purchase televisions for Metro buildings, buy a mobile production unit, and convert all public television to high-definition.
