Kathryn (Kat) Beale is the Director of Development at the Beacon Center of Tennessee and Beacon Impact.
In her role, Kat leads Beacon’s fundraising efforts by building strong relationships with supporters and ensuring the organization has the resources to advance its mission.
Before joining Beacon, Kat served as both the Director, Office of the President and Director of Development at the Federalist Society, where she managed key organizational priorities and oversaw fundraising operations. She also previously worked at Young America’s Foundation and on Capitol Hill for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Kat graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville and is thrilled to now call Tennessee home. Outside of work, she can often be found with her dog, Mr. Bean, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her family.
