TCPR cited in opposition to corporate welfare
The Nashville Business Journal, which has covered the issue of government incentives in the area of economic development, notes the Tennessee Center for Policy Research’s position on the issue.
“Others, like the Tennessee Center for Policy Research, argue that incentives are unfair to companies that don’t receive them, and the state would be better off to do away with them and lower tax rates further.”
