TCPR's support of collective bargaining reform cited

The Memphis Commercial Appeal notes that the Tennessee Center for Policy Research supports a ban on collective bargaining by teachers’ unions, a reform that will allow teachers to directly negotiate their salary and benefits without having to pay a middle man to handle it for them.
