Right to Work constitutional amendment headed to the ballot!
Below is a statement from Beacon CEO Justin Owen on the passage of the Right to Work constitutional amendment.
“Today, the House of Representatives joined the Senate in approving the Right to Work constitutional amendment by the required two-thirds majority. We applaud the General Assembly for making Right to Work a priority by giving Tennesseans the chance to vote on the issue next November. With Right to Work under attack by politicians in D.C. and other states, it’s imperative that we send a message loud and clear that we support worker freedom in Tennessee. And there is no better way to send that message than by placing Right to Work in the state Constitution.”
